We hope you enjoy our bright vibrant space as much as we've enjoyed creating it.  Start your morning with a cup of coffee relaxing in the screened in lanai watching the sunrise on the bay. Or, end the day unwinding with your favorite beverage and enjoy the glow of the evening lights.  Many nights you'll even be able to catch a tune drifting over from the local restaurants and bars that are within walking distance.

MBYCC BASIC RULES AND REGULATIONS Please note: Madeira Beach Yacht Club HOA requires a guest information form to be filled out at least 14 days prior to arrival. At the time of booking, we will send out a rental agreement for guests to review and include the names and ages of all guests being registered, along with a current address and phone number. The vehicle make, model and license number are also required for a parking pass. If you are renting a vehicle, you can provide at the time you pick up your pass. Your booking is not complete until we receive this information and will unfortunately be denied if not received within the required timeframe, per HOA. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. CONDO USE RESTRICTIONS - NO MORE THAN: One (1) bedroom – four (4) persons; two (2) bedrooms – six (6) persons; three (3) bedrooms – eight (8) persons COMMON AREAS 1. RENTERS & GUESTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BRING PETS TO THE MBYCC. 2. QUIET HOURS are from 11 PM to 8 AM. Please note, we live in a gated, residential community and excessive noise, complaints received to the office, or having more guests than on your form will result in eviction without a refund. 3. All vehicles parked within the MBYCC must have proper parking permits displayed at all times on the front dashboard or rear view mirror. BACK IN PARKING IS NOT ALLOWED. Limit 2 cars per unit 4. The hanging of bathing suits, rugs and/or towels upon the balconies, patios, railings or from windows is prohibited. Bicycles may not be stored on the upper balcony or lower open patios. 5. Due to health and safety concerns please refer to the age restrictions posted on the Rules in the pool area, Jacuzzi and the exercise room. 6. NO SMOKING in any interior public areas or within the gated pool areas. 7. Due to safety concerns skateboards, rollerblades and scooters are prohibited in the MBYCC. Bike riding is permitted only on the asphalt roadway to enter or leave the complex. 8. All grills are privately owned. Propane and charcoal grills are to be used only in the common areas of the complex. Only electric grills may be used on patios and balconies. Concrete tables and benches are for common use. Please close umbrellas when you leave. 9. This is a gated community. All gates around and within the property are to be kept closed and/or locked when not in use. 10. Bathing attire is not permitted in the following areas of the clubhouse: Office, card room, billiard room, upper recreation and meeting rooms. 11. Pool wrist bands must be worn or displayed any time you are in the pool area. 12. There is no recycling on premisis. All recycling can be put in the common area garbage bins. provided by MBYCC near the metal trash bins. Please help us keep MBYCC clean and “green”. 13. MBYCC highly recommends that children under the age of fourteen (14) be accompanied by an adult and/or wear a life preserver while on the fishing piers. 14. Feeding of animals and birds is prohibited on the MBYCC property. 15. Shopping carts may NOT be brought onto MYBCC property at any time. OUTER DOCK AREAS 1. Fishing is allowed from the four public fishing piers on the complex. (All residents need a fishing license.) 2. Diving or jumping from seawalls, individual docks or fishing piers is prohibited. 3.The finger docks in our complex marina are each marked PRIVATE. Guests are not allowed on these docks. POOL AREAS 1. Pool hours are from 8:30 AM to 11 PM. Please refer to specific pool rules posted at each pool.

(note the only bathroom is located in the Master bedroom space). ✔OTHER✔ • 7 day minimum • Guest must provide names of all guests staying, address and phone number for Madeira Beach Yacht Club Registration a minimum of 14 days before arrival date. We will send out a rental agreement for you to provide this information and review and agree to house rules. • Parking permits must be picked up at the office Monday-Friday • Minimum renter age is 25. Photo ID will be required to verify. **SPECIAL OPPORTUNITY - 2 SIDE-BY-SIDE 1BED/1 BATH CONDOS ON THE WATER** Perfect for two couples, friends, or family that want some extra space. Our neighbor has a fully remodeled condo that side-by-side with ours perfect for your next getaway or vacation in Madeira Beach, Florida. Up to 4 people per place, with pullouts in both living rooms. Both are on the ground floor of the Madeira Beach Yacht Club, so you’ll have plenty of privacy but can easily go between the two units. .
